Indoor Carpet | Cancellation and Refund Policy

Indoor Carpet provides seamless and top-class interior floor covering when you wish to purchase the best carpet floors for your home or work space within the UAE. However, we are aware of cases where a customer wants to make an order cancellation or gets back money paid towards the carpet floor order. This policy gives the terms and conditions of order cancellations and service issues.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by customers can be made before confirmation of the order, preparation of the materials required, any customization of the carpet floor requested, setting up the delivery process, and the installation process. Cancellation of the order can only be made once the order is under consideration in consultation with our management.

The waterproof indoor carpets that have been customized as per individual customer’s orders cannot be canceled at any time after the order has been processed. The customer is advised to confirm the type of carpet, the measurement, design, and any other information required.

Eligibility for Refund

The Indoor Carpet can consider refunding customers based on the following criteria:

  • Approval of cancellation prior to processing and delivery of the order.
  • Inability to supply chosen carpet products/materials.
  • Products supplied have manufacturing defects.

Incompetence to Deliver Services

All refund applications will be carefully analyzed in light of the order state, condition of the product, and other relevant details. The refund will be processed using the same method that was used by customers at purchase when possible.

Refunds for custom-made carpets, installed products, used products, clearance products, and special orders will only be considered upon identification of manufacturing defects or inability to provide services.

Inspection and Dispute Resolution

Customers who face issues with the supplied carpets and installation services are expected to report this problem to our staff immediately after product receipt/installation. Our staff will analyze the problem and organize an inspection to establish the cause.

Upon completion of our analysis and inspection process, we will come up with suitable measures which include repair, replacement, adjustments, or another form of solution as is necessary.

Time Taken for Refund Processing

After approval of the refund request, the time required for processing depends on various banking protocols and financial institutions. Clients shall be made aware of the duration of the refund process.
